I made a lovely lassi last night, with frozen mango chunks and organic coconut yoghurt. I've done both before, but never in the same lassi, worried that the one would overpower the other. Actually, it all blended very nicely. I realise that coconut yoghurt isn't traditional, but never mind.

I also bought some rice flour, so can make mochi, and some barleycorn flour, as people were enthusing about it.

When I was in America, I felt much healthier, and identified two changes in diet - sour dough bread, and more pop. More pop is easy to continuie, so I did, and I tried sour dough, but haven't had a great deal of success. Actually, though, the pop seems to work, so I'll go back to making normal bread.

fizzy pop? Or was it healthier because it was replacing something less healthy?

Fizzy pop. I'm not sure what it is about it, maybe because it's more sugary than the other drinks I'd drink instead, but a glass a day makes my bowels happier.

Well there you go. I always said water was bad for one.
