Rainbow dresses

Do any of you know where I can get a dress like this? http://homemadebyjill.blogspot.com/2011/07/rainbow-birthday-dresses.html

I mean, I could make one myself out of tshirts, but I'm not good at sewing machines so it would be hand sewn which takes ages.

I am pretty hand with a machine so could sew one if you'd done prep as bit short of time to do from start.

I have an alternative idea, white shirt, silk paints and gutta. I think it is straight forward to paint the rainbow, if you want colours separated then you'll need gutta which will leave a white line, or can let colours bleed a little. I have paints you could use.

Painting's a good idea. Or maybe I could get an adult tshirt and cinch the back in with ribbon. Or a block colour dress and rainbow sash, maybe?

Sadly, not actually rainbow striped :( It is pretty, though.
