This is a much better video than I previously found of the 7 minute work out we do in karate warm up. No silly music, and it's got beeps to tell you between the 30 second active/10 second rest parts.

I'd actually come to ask whether any of y'all know of a timer app that does that, and I'd still like to know that; x seconds, three beeps at the end, y seconds, repeat. I don't even know what it's called, exercise timer maybe?

I use "Round & Workout Timer+" from MedNotes Plus. It has a loud bell sound by default to indicate change of activity, but you can upload your own. It's also got lots of flexibility as to your "workout" and "rest" time periods, and you can save different patterns with their own name.

(I've got a 20min/10min one for tackling housework, and a 2min/1min for run/walking)

The magic keywords are "interval timer"; I use Chrono List :-)

(Chrono List does do all the things you want, but you have to mess around in settings a little bit for countdown beeps; happy to give more detailed instructions if desired.)
