Gluten/dairy free cake

This lemon drizzle cake is the moistest most delicious lemon drizzle cake I have ever eaten, and I would whole-heartedly recommend the recipe. It is gluten and dairy free, but not vegan. Also, it has nuts.

All of a sudden, almond flour seems to have started being used a lot in gluten-free recipes where one wouldn't ordinarily expect nuts. Fortunately, I'm only intolerant rather than allergic, but for others this might be an accident waiting to happen…

You're right, I should mention that.I don't think I know anyone who can't eat gluten or dairy and can't eat nuts, but of course I do know people who like cake but can't eat nuts.

I am, um, special in dietary requirements, I'm got good at adapting though. I'm also quite severely intolerant to tap water which is fun and have about 8 other allergies/intolerences. My friend is intolerant to many forms of complex carbohydrates so it's more complicated the intolerance to potato.
