My body usually can't cope with fruit so early, though my current cereal has raisins in and I sometimes treat myself to yoghurt with fruit in. On weekdays I have a banana for elevenses, and on weekends I have a banana for breakfast (because I'm lazy and keep some in the bedside table) or porridge with raisins. If I'm in a hotel I might be more leisurely and have whatever fruit platter is going. I usually save my fruit juice allowance for the evening/pub.
