Just changed my OS

And the only help I had from my pet geek installing my new OS was the bits that he wrote :) (He did the downloading to USB stick bits, because my laptop was flaking, hence the new OS.)

I figured the OS and the Colin, but got stuck on the USB stick bits, and why you need a new OS. What did you change from and to?
