I noticed in Norway that there was a lot of crayfish in the cuisine. (Two out of my four meals featured crayfish). All well and good.
Today we went to the Five Miles Inn where I had crayfish again!
A rather lovely pan-cooked chicken breast in a crayfish sauce, with potato dauphinoise and roast baby veg (including jerusalem artichoke!) to be precise.
All good stuff.
