Wrote earlier, and then Netscrape crashed on me, a bit of an edit about how I feel I should be growing out of the idea that plays are for reading. I'd like to go to theatres more often. I was even going to suggest some that other people might also want to come to, with me (which was what crashed the browser); got as far as Richard the III at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre (not at the Globe - an all-female Richard III does not seem like a good plan to me), and also As You Like It and Columbine at the Swan (a place I have never been). I also discovered that last month, Warwick Uni put on 'Death and the Maiden'; also that there's a
film version of same. ([livejournal.com profile] davefish, fancy that some time?), but very little of immediate use.

Still, last thing I decided to do something about (my lack of knowledge of goth music) I ended up losing my carefully written notes, so I shouldn't hold your breath. (Well, maybe I can find them. Maybe)

Yes, I have been meaning for a while to get hold of a copy of the film, so if I do manage that then I'll be sure to get you around to watch it. I'd also be keen to go see it somewhere if it gets put on again.

It was on TV some while ago - pretty good, as I recall (though you'd probably need to be in the right mood for it).
