ghoti_mhic_uaitI bought Judith a balance bike from ebay. It came, but it needed putting together and the instructions (and spanner it came with) were a little inadequate. For example, the bike comes with mudflaps but the instructions don't.
Maybe Colin will be better able to make sense of them later.
It's this one, in case you feel you have words of wisdom.
I'm not even sure whether the bigger wheel goes at the front or the back.
Update: On further investigation, it transpires that the wheels are the same size. I may not be the best person for this job.
