My default breakfast at home is porridge oats with sultanas & milk, microwaved in the bowl, with a glass of orange juice diluted with water. Technically that's 2 of my 5-a-day but neither of them are fresh fruit. I might sometimes substitute a sliced banana for sultanas, but this is rare.
We're on holiday, so I'm going with what's in the cupboard (i.e. cornflakes).
