ghoti_mhic_uait300 I've seen people complainign that this film glorifies violence and prizes physical excellence and toughness above all else. I have one comment; why go to see a film about Spartans if that bothers you? I mean, if you know one thing about Spartans it's the 'With your shield or on it', right? (A line which they did use, to my chagrin.)
That said, it felt like a comic, it looked like Frank Miller, and that's what I signed up for. Wonderful.
Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost.
This film is very funny. The basic premise is that one guy is attempting to prove that his ancestor is not a witch, but Wiccan. WTF? It goes on via one woman claiming to be '1/16th Wiccan' and my favourite line: "We're EcoGoths. And we don't need your approval." Lovely.
