I ordered the wrong knitting needles

Anyone want to swap straight 3.75mm or 3.5mm needles for their dpn counterparts? Only the shippings really prohibitive on these things, and if you don't want a lot (I bought them with some others, which I ordered correctly, and some crochet hooks) it's not worth it.

A couple of years ago I bought a huge great box of needles for £5 from a junk shop. I've just checked out the dps and there are either 4.5mm, 5mm or 2mm!

I have got 2 double pointed needles, but I think they are a size 11. You can have them if you want them; it might be handy to have a couple of spares.

You should be able to make a jumpoer or cardigan with that. How about this lacy cardigan or cabled jumper

I like the cardigan, but I think it wants more wool than I've got. A bit too busy to knit anyway. And she has loads of jumpers and cardigans. Maybe I'll make a scarf, since she hasn't one and it's going to be cold soon.
