I've been more places in Scotland, but I don't really remember. I wasn't yet two years old. Wales was a bit of trial and error, too, as I didn't always know the county name.

That it could be a mite confusing if you were yellow/blue colour-blind ?

That you've missed out on the stunning beauty that is the Northumbrian coast, and have never been to the Durham Miners' Gala?


† I am actually being serious: Seahouses is lovely in the summer and the Farnes are stunning.

Some of the Welsh counties have recently changed their names: Clwyd isn't called Clwyd any more for starters, it's now split into Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham County Borough, and Conwy County Borough.
