Review of the year

It's been a really good year. Yes, there have been dark, even black, moments, but. on the whole.
I started the year saying 'Here's to 2004, it has to be better than 2003' without really believing that things wouldn't get worse. But, you know, my life is a good place to be now
You see that
cjwatson over there? Well, he's mine. Any year in which that happens has to be the best year ever. So, it was the beginning of january when we got together, and every moment has been blissful. I am so very lucky to have found him.
And, even apart from that, there was my new job (and a proper job, and a fun job, at that) and my new choir (singing is always good). I took up karate. My best friend got married. benedict continues lovely. I started playing trombone. I saw lots of youguys, and there was much hugging. I got a new housemate.
But mostly, this will be the year of the Col, and rightly so.
