Phone help, please.
Sep. 30th, 2016 07:39 pmMy Phone provider (TPO) have been messing me around for a while now. I probably need to change, as they're not responding to help requests. Do you have any good experience of phone providers I could change to?
If I just phone and get my PAC and then buy a new SIM and transfer it across, is there anything that can go horribly wrong that I didn't think of? Assuming I can get through to them to do that in the first place, of course.
I use texts and internet and not a lot of voice calls.
ETA: I have a new SIM coming (Giffgaff) and a PAC code. As I half expected, they said 'I'll just text you the PAC', but I said 'nooooo' and he said 'I'll just read you out the PAC'. So it's written on a piece of paper and I just need to not lose it before I get the SIM.
