Molly''s Recipe Book
Feb. 13th, 2010 01:40 pmMy lovely husband bought me a copy of Samantha's and Molly's recipe books when he was in the US. Bene't and I plan to cook dinner from Molly's book tomorrow, but I have a couple of questions.
One of the recipes calls for 'apricot nectar'. Am I right in thinking that that's juice?
One of the recipes is for fried bread with an egg fried in the middle. It's called 'toad-in-a-hole', but toad-in-the-hole is sausages cooked in Yorkshire pudding. Is it always different in American English?
