I just found my Tesco order

It was on my back door step. In my garden.

They hadn't knocked or left a note. My frozen food is no longer frozen, and my chilled food isn't that cold.

They are going to refund me frozen and chilled - they offered to refund the lot, but I figured that wasn't really fair, as the ambient things should be OK.

I doubt I'll be ordering from Tesco.com again, even though I've only once had a problem before, and that was a broken-down van.
