Exercises

I did my exercises again today. The dog seemed to think she needed to save me from them, which she never did before; she's definitely more clingy now.

Anyway, it's been a really long time since I last did, it shows - the belly pic I had for it looks so firm and smooth - but I'm really pleased with how well it went.

it's the little things which really show how I'm getting better, albeit slowly.
