Body Stuff

Something along the lines of 'Day 4, 13st, didn't go swimming, despite it being friday' - oartly to keep an eye on my weight fluctuations, partly to keep a record of menstruation, but also to keep note of things like cervix checks. I know I don't do that often enough, and I was thinking maybe I would if it were written down.
So, my question is, do you think that's a good idea, and would you want to read it?
