I spent all last week without my usual 10 mile cycle and with no exercise at all for Tuesday - Friday, then wondered why I felt physically and emotionally rubbish. That is a clear reason.

Y'all are probably right and I should eat more food on Mondays, but I think the lack of exercise, given that I worked out last year that I need to do an hour a day or an hour most days plus my ten mile cycle ride, in order to be pain free.Well, I have not been pain free this week, and my karate did hurt but I feel better now than I did before, and better generally now I know what went wrong.
