Lastly, at our housewarming party, Jacob and I had planned to perform Waiting for Godot on his puppet theatre (I wanted to do Six Characters in Search of an Author, but it is his theatre), but then I had a concert to sing in ( digression ) so it never happened. Anyway, I had thought of my birthday party being games and a pot-luck super. So as to start at about 3 or 4 with pin the tail on the donkey, and pass the parcel, and so on, and then progress into grown-up games as the evening wore on (presumably ending up with us all playing bridge in the early hours of the morning) Now, I'd rather like to actually do the puppet play thing, but would it fit in that format, or should we have a 'puppet theatre' day, and invite other submissions? Or would that be too much?
