Kniffel has, I think, more decisions than Yahtzee. Similar, but sufficiently different that I don't like to play Yahtzee.

I agree that there is a differnece in how it felt, but that was the closest; possibly because my Granddad had a saying 'You can't change the Kniffel rolls but you can change the way you play them'. It never felt pure luck to me.
