I am pretty hand with a machine so could sew one if you'd done prep as bit short of time to do from start.

I have an alternative idea, white shirt, silk paints and gutta. I think it is straight forward to paint the rainbow, if you want colours separated then you'll need gutta which will leave a white line, or can let colours bleed a little. I have paints you could use.
