Body Stuff

So, I was thinking that it might be a good idea to write body stuff down - weight, and unusual activity and so on

Something along the lines of 'Day 4, 13st, didn't go swimming, despite it being friday' - oartly to keep an eye on my weight fluctuations, partly to keep a record of menstruation, but also to keep note of things like cervix checks. I know I don't do that often enough, and I was thinking maybe I would if it were written down.

So, my question is, do you think that's a good idea, and would you want to read it?

I don't think I'd want to read about cervices. Not over my cornflakes, anyhow.

I really should do stuff like that too, if only so I can work out when I'm genuinely depressed and when I'm just hormonal.

Maybe if you do it, it'll kick me into doing similar.

What pinkdormouse said, essentially... well you've suggested this to me anyway, as a solution to what I want to achieve. Maybe if we all band together, we'll actually stand a chance of succeeding?
