Lovely though the notion is, it seems only fair to point out that we normally get two or three months of temperatures in the high 20s and low 30s elsewhen in the year, with humidity enough atop that that the effective heat can go up to 40, before you make a firm commitment. *hug* I like the heat; papersky likes the cold; this is one of the few places on the planet we each get to be comfortable a goodly chunk of the year.
