Resolutions
I never used to be one for resolutions, or for new year at all - but now I have a husband and all that, and this year I was tempted by two resolutions.
Firstly, I'm giving up yarn until October. These are the rules of the diet; it's a general phenomenon, even sparking off a new community![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
noyarnforayear (but I don't have enough stash for a year.) It specifically mentions sock yarn as an exemption, but I've never made sock yarn - I'm waiting to decide what I'll use instead. Also, I'm using any gift as an exemption, rather than just specifically requested ones.
Secondly, I have lots of usericons, and it's my intent to go through them all and use them all in posts. I'm not sure how well it'll work, but it's an idea.
